Just in case you're even mildly interested in how the brain functions, there's good news out there. We've all been told that the brain quits growing after we're grown. We've been told that it's all downhill from there!
Now we're looking at the neuroplasticity of the brain. And the word is that brain continues to grow. So it is never too late to learn new things, because "we can change the wiring of our brains". That's according to Dr. Daniel Siegel, whose book Mindsight is available now.
